Midsize law firm is hiring a Help Desk IT Technical Support & Desktop Engineer.
Primary responsibility is to respond to incoming requests to the IT Help Desk via
phone, e-mail or in person. ill quickly diagnose and resolve user problems. The
Specialist will also assist with troubleshooting, following up with users to
ensure successful problem resolution and that all requests are documented
accordingly. Additional responsibilities include assisting with IT related
tasks such as workstation configuration, mobile devices, and application
testing, etc.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of law firm or professional services help desk experience
