Help Desk Support Technician - ActioNet : Job Details

ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Help Desk Support Technician (able to obtain a Public Trust clearance) located in Silver Spring, MD. In this role, you will provide help desk support to Department of Commerce desktop users and support IT systems used in offices, on research vessels, and on research aircraft. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, able to work independently and collaboratively, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Attention to quality, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines is essential. Availability to provide after-hours help desk support is required.
