Job Description :
The ideal candidate will have a mix of support and customer service experience, strong analytical and problemsolving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. Install, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, printers, phones, and other equipment as needed. Troubleshoot problems with hardware, software, networking, and other related technologies. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. Required Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required. A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 02 years of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance within 69 months. Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
