DAT is looking for a strong Help Desk Engineer to join our Help Desk team in Seattle, Washington. Candidate profile DAT is currently looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our growing technical team and drive the evolution of our technology infrastructure and end user experience. Candidates should be comfortable working within a Service/ Help desk environment, endpoint management system workflows as well as ticketing systems and driving positive change in a workplace environment. You should possess a working understanding of networking concepts and modern endpoint security tactics and tools within both major OS platforms.
