Job description

-Dynamic, growing, multi-billion $ hedge fund firm is looking for a strong operations professional to join a small, high performing team

-This individual will work very closely with traders, portfolio managers, research, finance, the COO, and other partners of the firm to maintain, support and enhance all aspects of the trading infrastructure

-Resolve complex technical issues and help implement and streamline operational processes

-Face off with all members of the team from front to back

-Build scripted toolset to enhance data analytics

-Streamline and implement enhanced automation utilizing state of the art technology

Qualifications Include:

-5-12 years of buyside experience

-Experience in OTC and Fixed Income

-Strong technical and project management skills such as Advanced Excel, VBA, Python, Tableau, SQL is a big plus

-Exceptional communication skills and ability to excel in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
