We are a ~$3B hedge fund and long only manager based in Midtown with a 20-year history and established performance track record.

We run a fundamental strategy with a focus on

business quality, management, cash flow based valuation, and transformational

corporate change. Our work is primarily focused on equities but can also

include distressed credits. The strategy is deep fundamental and work and our

investment horizon is typically 2-3 years. This position is not focused on idea

sourcing, and is best suited for someone who can work with the team to build

financial models, review filings, conduct valuation analysis, write investment

presentations, and coordinate diligence meetings with management teams and

industry participants.

The analyst will help the portfolio managers evaluate

and make investments. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the

investment business and also humble and willing to learn a specific established

strategy.

Requirements:

We are looking for a flexible and hard worker for an

Analyst role. Someone who is dedicated to the investing business, very smart

and motivated, and also humble and willing to learn. 1-3 years of experience

with strong education, GPA, and passion for investing. Integrity, creativity,

humility, the ability to think out of the box, and a willingness to learn new

things are important.
