Job Description :

Our Company specializes in Heavy Civil Construction, including Earthwork, Paving, Grading, Demo, and Concrete.

We are seeking to hire a Civil Project Engineer who meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil earthwork and paving projects.
  • Proficiency with Agtek takeoff software.
  • Ability to build earthwork grading models for Topcon GPS units.
  • Understanding of both private and public sector projects, including their requirements and scopes of work.
    • Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret all project specifications and requirements.
  • Analyze soil reports for each project to understand scope and constraints.
  • Perform project takeoffs to determine earthwork and material quantities for review by the estimator.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to request and collect quotes for projects.
  • Compile quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for multiple projects for review.
  • Collaborate with the project estimator and project manager to finalize project details.
  • Work effectively within a team environment.

    • This is a salaried position based on previous experience in a similar field, starting at $70,000 annually or higher, with benefits including 401(k) and health insurance.
