HEAT Intake Worker - Southeastern Utah Association Of Local Governments : Job Details

Job Description The Southeastern Regional Development Agency is seeking a seasonal full-time HEAT (Home Energy Assistance Target) employee to join our team from October 2025 through April 2026, working 40 hours per week. This is a temporary position for the duration of the season, with consistent weekly hours. The HEAT Intake Worker will be responsible for determining client eligibility for HEAT utility assistance, adhering to Federal, State, and Southeastern Regional Development policies and procedures. This role involves providing excellent customer service, answering incoming utility assistance calls, scheduling HEAT appointments for clients, processing applications, offering energy-saving tips, and collecting necessary documentation in a timely manner. Additionally, applicants must participate in outreach efforts within Carbon, Emery, Grand, and San Juan counties. Competencies for HEAT Intake Worker
