Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Value Analysis Specialist to support the evaluation and implementation of cost-effective, high-quality clinical products and services. This role acts as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders and the strategic sourcing team to ensure data-driven product decisions that improve patient outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate the value analysis process under the direction of the Value Analysis Manager.
  • Evaluate new product requests and support cost-benefit reviews in collaboration with clinical departments.
  • Provide clinical insight and guidance to strategic sourcing teams on product decisions.
  • Drive clinical integration of supply chain strategies to enhance care quality and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to support decisions on quality, utilization, and total cost of care.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and build strong working relationships with end-users, physicians, and suppliers.
  • Oversee product implementation and monitor outcomes to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and cost goals.
  • Identify non-compliance or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at reducing length of stay (LOS), infection rates, and readmissions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program or RCIS certification.
  • Registered with ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist).
  • Active BLS certification.
  • ACLS required within one year of hire.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate clinical and cost data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab or similar clinical environment.
  • Experience working in a large health system or hospital environment.
