Healthcare Clinical/Non-Clinical Recruiter - 13-Week Contract Location: Pittsfield, MA (Onsite) Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed) Prefer Local candidates with personal transportation preferred, but willing to consider non-local candidatesOverviewWe are seeking a motivated Clinical/Non-Clinical Recruiter to join a busy healthcare team on a 13-week assignment. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong human resources background and hands-on experience in talent acquisition across both clinical and non-clinical roles. The position involves high interaction across departments and requires strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities Design and execute effective recruitment strategies for management, exempt, and non-exempt healthcare positions Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to meet staffing needs Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate tracking systems Provide a high level of customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Independently manage recruiting activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentQualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on interviewing and hiring decisions Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - or equivalent relevant experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations preferred Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computer software and applicant tracking systems Ability to travel locally as needed - must have a personal vehicle One supervisory reference from the past two years is requiredAdditional Details Orientation: 8 hours, non-billable Limited time off: Maximum 5 days during the assignment (must be pre-approved and noted at time of submissionReady to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment with a focus on people-first recruiting?
