Qualifications you should bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of analytics experience with large data sets.
- Preferred: 3 years of analytics experience specifically with healthcare quality data.
- Expert knowledge of healthcare data including claims and coding, with experience in quality metrics (e.g., NCQA HEDIS and NYS QARR standards).
- Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Alteryx, R, Python) is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis tools, and pivot tables.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and successfully executing quality data deliverables.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of large data sets to support quality improvement initiatives, including gap analysis and patient engagement strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain data solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Maintaining data accuracy through effective quality control processes.
- Documenting analysis procedures and ensuring the reliability of reports through checks and balances.
- Participating in the development of data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to leadership using visual aids to enhance understanding.
- Continuously evaluating operational workflows and proposing improvements.
- Embracing additional responsibilities to support our goal of improving healthcare delivery and customer experience.
