American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.S. providing services seven days a week on a walk-in basis. Our state-of-the-art centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine. Position OverviewAs a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our management team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
ResponsibilitiesMinimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry. WC / OCCMED experience. Urgent Care experience.
KnowledgeStrong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including key players, trends, and challenges.
SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Tech-SavvyProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
DriveProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
