Presbyterian Homes & Services - Prairie Gate is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator / Bus driver to join our team. The Health Unit Coordinator will provide administrative support to clinical operations in non-nursing resident care activities at nursing stations, or households. Areas of support include data entry, maintenance of resident charts, records, maintaining/ordering supplies and coordination of resident external appointments. The Health Unit Coordinator will also be responsible in transporting residents to and from appointments and must obtain a chauffeur license.
