Health Specialist II - Lennox International : Job Details

Under general supervision, the Health Specialist II plays a key role in promoting employee health and safety by responding to workplace injuries and illnesses, administering first aid, and supporting wellness and prevention programs. This position also assists with on-site screenings, health data collection, and safety-related training. Shift: 2nd Shift What You'll Do. Provide initial response and first aid for occupational injuries and illnesses, including emergency care and referrals as needed. Support on-site health services such as annual physicals, flu vaccines, and safety training initiatives. Conduct or assist with health screenings, including vision tests, EK - Gs, venipuncture, audiometry, spirometry, and other assessments. Document incidents and maintain accurate, confidential health records in compliance with applicable regulations.
