The Opportunity

Lead and elevate the health & safety culture at a major corn wet milling facility. As the site's senior EHS leader, you'll drive safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a dedicated team of six EHS professionals. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on people, processes, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee safety, health, and environmental programs

• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance

• Lead audits, risk assessments, and training initiatives

• Manage emergency response, industrial hygiene, and well-being programs

• Partner with leadership and regulatory agencies

• Drive continuous improvement in EHS systems and culture

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Occupational Safety or related field

• 10+ years in EHS leadership (industrial or manufacturing)

• Deep knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
