As member of the JLL Life Sciences HSSE team, our HSSE Director will be accountable for providing HSSE expertise at client sites, overseeing account strategy, and supporting JLL HSSE professionals assigned to client sites. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our employees and sub-contractors assigned to client sites return home safely at the end of their workday. This will require a sustained reduction of incidents and injury rates across the account. Every day is different, and in all these activities, we encourage team members to show their ingenuity. What is the day to day? Performance. Coordinate the implementation of HSSE monitoring procedures that ensure the timely internal management reporting of performance. Assist the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) team in approving and monitoring JLL Contractors. Meet operational objectives as specified by the relevant business leaders.
