This role will focus on planning and executing occupational health assessments, supporting compliance efforts, and preparing high-quality deliverables across a range of EHS topics.The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial hygiene principles and practices, solid working knowledge of OSHA and ACGIH standards, and a desire to grow technically and professionally in a dynamic, client-facing environment.What you'll do

• Conduct EHS assessments, including personal and area air sampling, noise monitoring, and indoor environmental quality (IEQ) assessments
• Assist with exposure assessments and data interpretation for chemical, physical, and biological agents
• Support the development of exposure control strategies and written health and safety programs
• Perform regulatory compliance audits under OSHA and other relevant standards
• Assist with exposure modeling, data visualization, and report preparation
• Participate in client meetings and assist in maintaining strong client communication and service delivery
• Collaborate across teams on integrated environmental, engineering, and EHS projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, toxicology/pharmacology, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant industrial hygiene or occupational health experience
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, ACGIH, NIOSH, and related standards
• Experience with common sampling and monitoring methods and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in field and office settings
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as project needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuit of Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation or CIH eligibility
• Familiarity with exposure modeling and data platforms or tools
• Experience with government contracts or large-scale industrial clients
