Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Onshore QHSE Advisor to promote and maintain a proactive safety culture for a major wind energy construction project. The role involves providing expert guidance on safe work practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting contractor and employee safety at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementation of QHSE policies, systems, and best practices.
• Drive a data-driven safety culture using lessons learned and proactive reporting.
• Conduct and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, safety walks, and audits.
• Support incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety documentation reviews.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
• Collaborate with site managers, contractors, and other stakeholders on safety performance.
• Maintain accurate QHSE records using tools such as Synergi (or similar).

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years' QHSE experience in wind energy, construction, or similar industry.
• OSHA 30 Certification (Required).
• Strong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with QHSE systems (e.g., Synergi) is a plus.
• Able to work independently on night shift with occasional weekend coverage.
• Must provide a smartphone (iPhone 6 or newer, or Windows 8.1+) compatible with security software.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• QHSE degree or diploma.
• NEBOSH, ASP/CSP, OSHA 510, NFPA 70E certification.
• Incident Investigation or Internal Auditor training.
• Experience in delivering safety training.

Other Notes:

• All travel within work scope is the responsibility of the consultant.
• This HSE Advisor will be assigned to Night Shift coverage. 5-day week, 10-hour days.
• Work week can extend pending options for additional weekend days.
• Flights and hotels may be booked through company-approved travel services.
• Mobile phone plan must be provided by the consultant.
