About the Position:The Director of Community Engagement & Integration (Day Program) provides guidance and vision to PRCs day habilitation and supported employment programs, working to achieve full integration for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Inspired by Colorados Employment First initiative, PRC strives to open up pathways to employment appropriate to the hopes, goals, and abilities of each of the individuals it supports. In accordance with this responsibility, the position is accountable for meeting all regulatory and funding requirements agency-wide and supervision of all functions and systems related to the delivery of Day Program Services. Services are currently provided in two (2) waiver homes, at the Core buildings and in the community, to approximately 88 individuals. Primary Job Duties:Program Management.
