Cencora is looking for up to three Health Outcomes and Market Access Fellows to join the organization in our headquarters in Conshohocken, PA.
This two-year, degree-granting Fellowship, sponsored by Cencora, in conjunction with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, provides a unique learning experience in a healthcare consulting environment. The Fellow will work on numerous projects in various disease areas, and interact with many of the top pharmaceutical companies, managed care organizations, and healthcare providers throughout the United States and abroad. During the Fellowship, professionals from Cencora will mentor the Fellow in multiple consulting projects including, but not limited to, health outcomes research, economic modeling, market research, and brand/market access strategy. At the conclusion of the Fellowship, a driven Fellow will possess the skills and knowledge necessary to begin a successful career in a consulting firm, pharmaceutical company, managed care organization, or academia. In addition, the Health Outcomes and Market Access Fellow will earn a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy through the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, with an emphasis in Pharmacoeconomics, Pharmaceutical Policy, or Managed Care Pharmacy. If desired, the Fellow will also have the option to earn an MBA degree through Stetson University, in conjunction with the University of Florida MS degree.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected by our Fellowship Selection Committee from a national pool of individuals who possess a strong interest in health outcomes and/or market access. Although not required, applicable experience, such as an internship in a related field, is preferred. A successful candidate must have earned a PharmD from an Accreditation Counsel for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy before June 15, 2026. US citizenship or lawful permanent resident status is required. Letters of recommendation and unofficial pharmacy school transcripts are not required for requesting an interview with Cencora, these documents will instead be collected at a later time from select candidates advancing to the final interview stage.
