The Health Information Specialist is an administrative role that includes collecting, coding, office filing, scanning documentation into electronic medical records, and retrieving medical records in the Medical Section of the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. Each applicant must complete a NOTARIZED Background Investigation Waiver. Failure to submit this document will disqualify your application.
