Qualifications:

• Strong hospital experience as a CEO, CNO, COO, CFO, Director of Business Office, Director of Quality, Performance Improvement, Director of Case Management, Ancillary Services, Allied Health, Critical Care, Pediatrics, NICU, CCU, ICU, Cardiology, Radiology, Lab Services, Education, ER, OR, Physicians, Clinics, Outpatient Services, Service Line Administrators, Oncology, NP, PA, CRNA, or similar roles.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Director or Assistant Director in a hospital setting.
• Experience in a hospital with at least 200+ beds and significant staff responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of current HIM standards.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. RHIT or RHIA certification required.
