Lead and direct large programs responsible for data modernization and application development technology solutions that help clients improve the mission of federal government health clients. Maintain responsibility for transforming the missions of key federal clients from legacy applications to more modern development approaches. Maintain responsibility for leading teams and driving solutions development for existing and future clients.
