Job Description :
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for members and guests at the health club and hotel. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, managing memberships, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the health club. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Provide information about club services, membership options, and upcoming events. Address member and guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution. Assist with new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Verify member access and ensure only authorized individuals use the facilities. Manage front desk operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
