HEALTH CARE TECHNICIAN IV - Residential Coordinator - Pueblo Regional Center - State of Colorado : Job Details

About the Position: This position ensures all residential programming is implemented in the home. This includes providing supervision, modeling, and coaching to direct support professionals. This position spends the majority of the time in the home ensuring the milieu of the home is operating to efficiency. This position works closely with the PSC to ensure the implementation of services is occurring within the correct guidelines. Primary Job Duties:Individual Care/ Communication/ Unit Maintenance/ Safety. Understands, promotes, and participates in the Home and Community Based Services Final Rule. Counsels individuals on behavior and medical care needs during group or one on one interactions per ID team direction. Collaborates with all investigations and other authorities as needed. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician order and Psychiatric Technician Act/ Licensed Practical Nurse Practice Act.
