Your qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a health care setting like a hospital or insurance company.
- Proficiency in more than one language (e.g., English and Spanish).
- An associate degree or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience.
- Willingness to work full-time in a hybrid model, including local travel during the week, plus nights and weekends for events.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and enrolling them in various health plans, including Medicaid and Medicare Advantage.
- Conducting outreach activities to showcase our health care solutions at community events such as health fairs and festivals, working closely with marketing and community engagement teams.
- Building relationships with local organizations and medical partners to strengthen our network in the community.
- Generating and converting qualified leads to new customers for MVP.
- Organizing two monthly events to present our health solutions directly to the community, enhancing our brand visibility.
- Traveling locally to promote our customer-centric approach across the communities we serve.
- Participating in health screenings and providing proof of immunizations as part of our dedication to community health.
- Managing promotional materials for outreach efforts, including lifting materials up to 30 lbs.
- Contributing to team efforts to continually enhance healthcare delivery and customer support.
Location: This is a hybrid role with local travel in Saratoga and Washington Counties.
