Top Job Located in Columbia Station , OH Salary: Based on Experience#LORAINWe are seeking a hard-working individual to join our team!Job Description:

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Completes set ups that pass first piece inspection on a variety of cold formed parts.
• Must perform dimensional inspections per blueprint requirements to ensure partconformance to blueprint specifications.
• Correct and suggest corrections in the cold form process, production applications,machinery repair and other related areas with the assistance of the team leader orexperienced team member.
• Must be ok with working with Heading Supervisor to ensure coordination of job changes/modificationsand to maintain good communication of weekly/monthly goals and objectives.
• Must utilize IS09001/IATF16949 procedures relative to cold forming, including; ColdFormer Operation Procedure, Cold Form Set Up Instructions and Bin CleaningProcedure and contacts Heading Supervisor with items needing updated
• Knowledge of how dies/ punches, cutter and quill are assembled.
• Change KO rods, cams and shoes on die side and cams on punch side as instructed byHeading Supervisor.
• Must be able to understand and utilizes Cold Former Troubleshooting Concentricity- T.I.R / DroppingBlanks / Breaking Punches, procedures.

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• High school degree or GED equivalent• Completed manufacturing associate- cold form Level 1 training matrix• Mechanical aptitude• Optional: continue building toolbox, acquiring tools necessary to perform jobresponsibilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS• Lifting and transferring of a variety of materials weighing up to 40LBS.
