Your expertise

You have:

* Minimum of 12 years professional experience in strategic grantmaking, corporate philanthropy or CSR with keen understanding of innovations and best practices in this area

* Private sector experience successfully developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives from inception; demonstrated program and stakeholder management skills

* Expertise in effective interventions to advance inclusive economic growth in communities, systems thinking and outcomes

* Knowledge of social finance or impact investing field, with quantitative skills to develop social finance offering in US market

* Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve superior results through complex, national, high-profile projects

* High-level communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop effective presentations and written materials

* High cultural competence with a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion

* Familiarity with financial services and wealth management industry preferred
