How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the development and execution of technical training strategies across HV Services.
Design and deliver engaging, multi-format training programs for internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations to align training with business goals.
Oversee the Collaboration Center and digital knowledge-sharing platforms.
Mentor and guide a team of instructors, engineers, and product specialists.
Drive innovation in learning through new technologies and methodologies.
Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Position the Training Center as a national hub for technical excellence.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field).
10+ years of experience in technical training, engineering, or service operations.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong project management and instructional design skills.
Experience with digital learning platforms and training technologies.
Proven knowledge of High Voltage systems and services.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
