This firm operates with technology at its core with about 450 technologists and 250 support staff globally. They have historically low turnover and foster an academic and collaborative environment where you will have ownership, autonomy, and see their lean structure first hand.

This globally recognized trading firm is expanding its asset management offering and hiring a Head of Technology to shape the systems, platforms, and research infrastructure behind their longer-horizon strategies.

You'll define the architecture, lead the build, and scale the tech that powers research, signal generation, and execution. It's a greenfield opportunity with strong buy-in from leadership and the freedom to make smart, long-term decisions.

You'll do well here if you've led engineering in quant asset management, systematic macro, or research-heavy environments. You understand the workflows of researchers, the constraints of trading systems, and the trade-offs of build vs. buy. You must have experience with people management, aligning business and technology strategy, and hands-on coding if needed in Python or C++.
