Job Summary Now expanding into the U.S. market, we're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can both code and lead ? someone who can build a local development team in Los Angeles, drive product growth, and turn complex financial services into intuitive user experiences. Job Description

• - Lead and participate in the hands-on development of Our company US's mobile and backend systems
• - Architect and scale the infrastructure for our STO-based investment platform
• - Design and improve our app to make music copyright investment easier and more intuitive than traditional finance ? especially for first-time users
• - Recruit, lead, and mentor a local U.S.-based engineering team from the ground up
• - Plan and implement AI-powered automation and optimization tools across customer support, data operations, and internal workflows
• - Ensure technical compliance with financial and data regulations in the U.S.
• - Collaborate closely with business and product leadership to align tech strategy with market goals
• - Be a proactive leader who voices opinions, proposes solutions, and makes decisions, while remaining open to feedback and team alignment

Qualifications

• - 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a tech leadership role
• - Strong proficiency in hands-on coding, architecture, and product shipping
• - Fluent in English and authorized to work
• - Experience with backend and mobile development, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and system scalability
• - Knowledge and experience in applying AI/ML tools to increase product and operational efficiency
• - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
• - Experience in fintech, STO/blockchain, or music/media industries
• - Proven track record using AI/LLM tools for automation, personalization, or analytics
• - Previous experience in startup environments and team building from zero to one
• - Bilingual communication skills (Korean/English) a strong plus
