About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's rapid growth, responsible for architecting and leading the recruiting engine to support the expansion of AI engineering, go-to-market, and G&A teams. This role demands a hands-on builder with a proven track record in high-growth tech or life-science environments, including at least 2 years in a leadership position. The Head of Talent Acquisition will own the company-wide hiring plan, design and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts, and build a high-performing recruiting team. They must be adept at creating and refining scalable processes, training hiring managers, and partnering with marketing and people teams to enhance employer branding. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a strategic workforce planner, capable of turning growth goals into hiring plans and budget forecasts. They should be a multi-functional hiring expert, with a history of sourcing and closing technical, GTM, and G&A talent with high offer-acceptance rates. The role requires a leader who can influence and build strong relationships, and who is comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. A background in recruiting agency experience is preferred.
