$300,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Head of Engineering – SaaS | FinTech

We're hiring a Head of Engineering to lead the next phase of cloud and backend evolution for a fast-growing B2B software company.

You'll partner directly with the C-suite to evolve the platform - from cloud-native transformation, to multi-tenant scale, to tighter CI/CD, observability and infrastructure-as-code.

If you've shipped complex, client-facing software into financial institutions, lived through the pain of compliance, scale, and architecture debt, and still enjoy being hands-on with teams and design decisions, this is your role.

What We're Looking For:

• You've led engineering teams building SaaS or enterprise software platforms
• You've delivered cloud-native systems in regulated environments (finance, health, insurance, etc.)
• You've dealt with multi-tenancy, CI/CD, observability, and production infrastructure
• You're a strong technical operator and clear communicator who enjoys partnering with Product, Compliance, and Customer teams
• You've shipped code and led code reviews - you're not just a manager-of-managers
