- Spearheading comprehensive student onboarding processes, technology deployment, and system configuration across our rapidly expanding network of 25+ school campuses
- Creating and enforcing robust service level agreements for internal support mechanisms and issue resolution pathways
- Synchronizing efforts with launch, product, and platform teams to ensure flawless operational readiness
- Orchestrating change management strategies for platform enhancements, feature introductions, and workflow evolutions
- Establishing effective feedback channels between field operations and central headquarters to continuously enhance speed and reliability
- Developing crystal-clear accountability frameworks and escalation protocols for operational execution

Head Of School Operations Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, implement, and take full ownership of the comprehensive systems and workflows that ensure seamless student onboarding, flawless school launches, and smooth platform updates—transforming potential chaos into operational excellence at scale.Basic RequirementsWe're seeking an exceptional systems architect with operational prowess who excels in ambiguous environments, can scale effective processes, and decisively eliminate inefficiencies—bringing substantial expertise in onboarding, support infrastructure, and mission-critical operational execution.Your Qualifications Should Include
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing cross-functional operational workflows in dynamic, undefined environments (such as large-scale onboarding systems, customer support infrastructures, or technology provisioning processes)
- Proven history of owning end-to-end system development across multiple departments (product, support, legal, technology) with rigorous SLA enforcement, clear handoff protocols, and robust accountability frameworks
- Verifiable track record of building and refining greenfield systems that prevent problems at scale rather than merely addressing existing issues
- Superior structured problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise developed in high-performance consulting environments
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and minimize manual interventions
- U.S.-based with willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to campus locations
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
