The Head of School will also be tasked with improving processes, procedures, and systems, and must be prepared to share the school's successes and unique approach to education with a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in educational leadership, be a strong communicator, and have the ability to attract and retain excellent faculty and staff. They should be business-savvy, particularly in financial management, marketing, and communications, and be prepared to work closely with the Board of Trustees to support its maturation process.
