Job Description
HealthTech diagnostic solutions provider (LIMS platforms, analytics solutions, and custom software development) is seeking a Head of Sales.
Duties
- Develop and implement go-to-market sales strategy for the US market.
- Oversee annual sales targets and lead their achievement.
- Manage the sales team (2 FTE).
- Operate the full sales cycle and ensure commercial processes align with organizational goals.
- Build strategic partnerships with new and existing customers.
- Attend industry conferences and events.
- Gather market feedback to inform product development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling medical/scientific software or service solutions.
- Deep understanding of the US clinical laboratory market, including key players and trends.
- Proven ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Experience in commercializing digital products and services.
- Consistent track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Experience in systematically organizing customer feedback to enhance product development.
- Russian language skills are a plus.
