What you'll do
As Giga's Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of the full sales organization across multiple verticals including oil & gas, data centers, bitcoin mining, and industrial power infrastructure. You will be responsible for building scalable processes, playbooks, and systems to drive predictable, repeatable growth as we expand into new markets and geographies. You'll build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, while directly shaping Giga's go-to-market strategy and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company where you'll have outsized ownership, visibility, and impact on both revenue growth and team development.
Where you'll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco or Houston offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
