Head of Sales, North America

High Luxury | Couture, Fine Jewellery & Watches | Executive Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire boutique and salon managers, fostering a culture of excellence, refinement, and accountability.
• Oversee select private showrooms, ensuring consistency with the Maison's elevated service and presentation standards.
• Cultivate and manage VIC and UHNWI relationships, delivering bespoke, high-touch client experiences.
• Curate seasonal activations, including trunk shows, invitation-only events, and made-to-measure experiences in key cities.
• Collaborate closely with Global HQ, Merchandising, and Client Development to align regional performance with brand objectives.
• Leverage client insights and commercial data to inform strategy, drive growth, and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years' experience in senior sales or retail leadership within a high luxury Maison.
• Demonstrated success leading boutique, showroom, or salon operations with a focus on service, discretion, and elevated hospitality.
• Extensive network of HNW/VIC clients across key North American markets.
• Commercially astute, emotionally intelligent, and a natural team leader.
• Experienced in designing bespoke activations and clienteling strategies tailored to an ultra-luxury audience.
• Able to operate within a matrixed global structure and collaborate across time zones.
• Salary up to $200,000 depending on experience.
