What We're Looking ForWe seek a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our growth. This role involves scaling our proven founder-led sales motion, building a sales organization, and closing enterprise deals. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, has a track record of closing large deals, and can develop scalable sales frameworks. Reporting to our CEO, Brendan Fairbanks, this position is based in our SoHo NYC Office, working 4 days/week.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to increase bookings and ARR.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise and high-velocity sales.
  • Establish sales processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Address GTM challenges, including building a viral enterprise business.
  • Build relationships with industry leaders and shape real estate technology.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams for seamless operations.

Who You Are

Required Experience

  • Progression from individual contributor to sales leadership.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals valued at $600K+; $1M+ deals preferred.
  • Proven success in revenue roles, selling SaaS to non-technical, C-suite decision-makers.
  • Experience leading AEs and scaling enterprise sales teams in high-growth settings.
  • Knowledge of sales tools like Hubspot and Gong.

Salary

The estimated OTE is $325K-$375K/year, including bonuses, accelerators, equity, and benefits. Final offers depend on experience and skills. Only candidates authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.
