About the Role
Permutive is hiring a people-first leader to take on the role of Head of Sales Engineering. You'll lead, mentor, and develop a small global Sales Engineering team across the US and EMEA, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of our sales engineering and go-to-market success.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who deeply cares about their team's growth and who is also comfortable thriving in the thick of sales deals and processes while empowering those around them.
You'll be deeply embedded within the sales organization as a true partner to our sales team and a champion for your Sales Engineers. We're looking for someone who can support and grow their teams to effectively articulate our product vision and capabilities, ensuring our technical solutions are aligned with customer needs in the fast-evolving advertising landscape and ecosystem.
About the Team
The Permutive Sales Engineering team is a creative group of problem-solvers, critical in connecting Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. We pride ourselves on technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving. You'll be managing a team of 3 Sales Engineers initially, with expansion in the US and UK to support our growing Sales team.
This team thrives on mutual support and a shared commitment to success, learning, and growth, and you'll be instrumental in nurturing that culture.

What we are offering...
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on marketing information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary of $210,000 - $235,000, with a 20% bonus.
Work Your Way
Permutive trusts you to manage your time and deliver results. Our hybrid model allows you to choose where you work best, whether in your own productive space or our London (Farringdon) or New York (Union Square) offices. That said, none of us work alone; we are part of a team.
To foster collaboration and connection, teams in these locations come together in person at least once a week and are encouraged to benefit from being in our offices to meet with teams more often. Commercial and customer-facing teams are encouraged to embrace in-person interactions to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Every Permutive employee gets together in person at the company's Annual Kick Off for a week in February. Each year's event promises to be an exciting opportunity for us to come together, reconnect with colleagues, and align on our shared vision for the year ahead.
