Who is BreatheIT: A Lifestyle Management Technology start-up with a vision of eliminating ineffectiveness from life, reducing Lifestyle stress and elevating quality of life for the human community to its full potential. BreatheIT does this with various offerings, but the core of it is an AI-powered Human Operating System, i.e., Ultopia, a SaaS offering for B2B and B2C. We have an ambitious goal of reaching 100 million AMUs and $200 million in revenue by 2030.

We aim to be a unicorn by 2035 and our goal is to impact everyone on earth in the best possible way. We need a great expansion strategy to accelerate the impact.

Who are we looking for?

  • With Lifestyle Management and stress reduction being its core business element, you should be passionate about Lifestyle to add value to BreatheIT's goal.
  • You are passionate about technology solutions for bringing effectiveness to human lives.
  • You've led growth strategies or been a part of a startup journey.
  • You have sold SaaS and/or other technology solutions.
  • You understand consumers' behavior and know how to react.
  • You understand company's vision, stay aligned with the vision, and are ready to pivot, as organizational priorities change.
  • You are respectful to your teams, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
  • You are transparent and have great people skills.

· Your priority would be BreatheIT - You make yourself available for every need of the company.

  • You are ambitious and ready to go all out for BreatheIT.

Responsibilities

  • Own a part of the company and own the accountability to grow the company.
  • Develop Growth Strategies for all three branches of BreatheIT (B2B, B2C, and BreatheIT Digital).
  • Lead the company with Sales, Marketing, and overall Growth plan. And execute. (We have KPIs for performance.)
  • Partner with Co-Founders for sales goals.
  • Lead BreatheIT for AMU count to 100 million by 2030.
  • Lead communication strategy for BreatheIT.
  • Wear multiple hats, beyond CXO responsibilities.
