Ensures strong alignment with matrix leadership across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, CPE, and Field Leadership to enable integrated planning and execution, where appropriate of both regional and national objectives within each functions remit. Coaches the Regional Strategy and Account Directors and fosters a culture of strategic ownership, accountability, and executional excellence. Sets clear expectations for market planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive consistent delivery of the Tzield strategy across key systems and geographies.
