Head Of Quality Control – Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• 5+ years in a quality assurance or quality control role within the brewing or beverage industry
• Hands-on experience with chemical, sensory, and microbiological testing of beer
• Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Experience training staff on quality processes and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Ability to oversee supplier quality standards for raw materials and packaging

Head Of Quality Control – Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior international experience or expat assignment
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or GMP standards
• Proficiency in brewing software or laboratory information systems (LIMS)
• Exposure to high-volume production environments
• Basic Arabic language skills (not required)
