The Role

Contract type: Perm

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 DOE.

Following our successful acquisition of the Blink Gym business, and With ambitious plans to open 15+ new gyms in 2026 – and accelerate rapidly from there – we're looking for a Head of Property Acquisitions to be at the heart of this growth story.

This isn't just a role – it's a chance to build the engine that powers our US expansion. You'll work together with our CIDO and new US leadership team, shaping our nationwide growth strategy, creating the processes and tools to deliver it, and building a high-performing team that secures the very best sites in America.

What you'll be doing

• Driving PureGym's organic growth strategy, starting with the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic in 2026 and scaling to a nationwide rollout.
• Leading a team and working with external partners to source and secure top-quality sites (6,000–20,000 sq ft) that fuel our expansion.
• Building strong networks with brokers, landlords, and developers to keep PureGym front of mind for new opportunities.
• Creating and refining robust appraisal and financial models to evaluate new locations.
• Negotiating and securing commercially smart deals – from LOIs to board approvals – and progressing them through to legal completion.
• Partnering with our Development Team to ensure every site meets PureGym's standards and opens successfully.
• Representing PureGym at site visits, property events, and industry functions as the face of our US growth.

Who we're looking for

You'll be a dealmaker and a strategist in equal measure – someone who can roll up their sleeves to get deals done but also see the bigger picture of building a scalable acquisition machine. Specifically, you'll bring:

• A proven track record of delivering high-volume property acquisitions in a fast-paced, growth-focused business.
• Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels, including board presentations.
• An outstanding network (or the ability to build one fast) with landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Comfort working with data, demographics, and financial models to make sound, evidence-based decisions.
• The ability to lead, inspire, and grow a team, while collaborating effectively across an international, matrix organisation.
• Flexibility, drive, and a solutions-focused mindset – thriving in the challenges of rapid expansion.
• Willingness to travel extensively – starting in New York and Washington, and nationwide in the near future.
