Head of Project Management - IEX Group : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Project Management to formalize, lead, and elevate our project execution function. This role is critical to establishing a true project management discipline in order to scale delivery capabilities across technology and business initiatives.

• Design and implement a comprehensive Project Management framework.
• Drive complex, cross-functional technology and infrastructure projects.
• Define and implement best practices, processes, and tools.
• Scale project delivery capabilities.
• Act as a delivery partner.
• Ensure PM team drives timely delivery.
• Translate experience into scalable project methodologies.

• Industry Experience:
• 10+ years of progressive project management.
• Familiarity with trading system migrations.
• US Equities and/or options experience is a plus.
• Leadership Experience:
• Proven ability to build and scale a project management function.
• Experience managing delivery in complex, regulated environments.
• Comfortable operating at a strategic and hands-on level.
• Expertise in process optimization.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in hybrid work environments.
• Deep understanding of great project management.
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is between $250,000 and $300,000 for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The annual base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
