The Head of Production will oversee the end-to-end execution of Audiochuck's audio and video productions, ensuring quality, timely releases, and smooth workflows. This strategic, hands-on leader should have experience in podcast and digital video production, team management, and cross-platform operations to drive multiple shows across the Audiochuck Network (ACN).

• Deliver compelling storytelling to our audience.
• Support advocacy related to our stories.
• Manage development and execution of podcast episodes, from case vetting and outreach to post-production and scheduling.
• Set and meet goals for audience growth, video output, and brand collaborations.
• Coordinate production schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
• Implement efficient workflows across teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
• Lead planning for in-studio and on-location shoots.
• Manage budgets and financial tracking.
• Lead teams of producers, editors, and support staff, ensuring collaboration and excellence.
• Recruit and onboard production staff as needed.
• Oversee ad integration and liaise with SiriusXM.
• Vet case selections and support outreach for content development.
• Ensure content adheres to storytelling and advocacy standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and engagement teams.
• Research industry best practices to maintain leadership.
• Work with leadership to develop production roadmaps aligned with company goals.
• Use analytics to inform and improve production strategies.
• Guide creation of platform-specific content (short-form, vertical videos, trailers).
• Ensure compliance with legal, journalistic, and ethical standards.
• Develop growth and training plans for team skill enhancement.

• 7+ years in audio/video production, multimedia storytelling, or related fields.
• Proven leadership in managing production teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and project management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with editing and post-production processes.
• Ability to collaborate with creative and technical teams.
• Passion for storytelling, true crime content, and ethical reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
