The Role

We are seeking a product-obsessed leader to serve as Head of Product for Productivity and B2B Solutions categories. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for the product vision, roadmap, and execution across a diverse portfolio including commercial charging solutions, keyboard cases, phone and tablet accessories, and custom-branded products.

What You'll Own

• Lead the roadmap and product lifecycle for keyboard cases, styluses, tablet cases, docks/hubs, and laptop accessories.
• Identify trends, gaps, and white space in the productivity market across both consumer and commercial channels.
• Partner with Engineering and Industrial Design to deliver thoughtful, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.

B2B Power Solutions

• Own product strategy for power products such as fleet charging solutions, power banks, jump starters, and battery cases.
• Understand customer use cases across verticals like education, healthcare, retail, and field services.
• Work closely with channel and sales teams to ensure product-market fit and commercial viability.

Custom/Promotional Solutions

• Build product pathways for custom, white-label, and decorated items used in gifting, loyalty, and employee deployment.
• Drive scalable processes that balance creative flexibility with operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• Deep product experience in consumer electronics, accessories, or hardware categories.
• Strong technical curiosity; able to engage meaningfully with Engineering and Design partners.
• Demonstrated ability to launch successful physical products in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing partners (especially Asia-based suppliers).
• Strong customer orientation and understanding of B2B and commercial use cases.
• Clear, collaborative communication style and ability to rally teams around product direction.
• Track record of making smart trade-offs across design, cost, and performance.
• 15+ years in Product Management, Product Development, or similar roles.
