Perchwell is the first new entrant to come to market in decades and is currently scaling its best-in-class platform.Position Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Product will accelerate building a world class product function. As a member of the leadership team, this role will oversee product and design, foster close collaboration with our engineering department and drive product excellence. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader who has demonstrable experience building and scaling best-in-class software/data products. This position is expected to work out of our NYC Office in SoHo.What You'll Do:
  • Own Product Roadmap & Prioritization: Setting realistic and achievable product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on user value and business impact is crucial. You should be able to adapt and iterate based on market feedback and data.
  • Manage and Grow our Existing Product and Design Team: Cultivate a high-performing product and design team through strategic hiring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment for continuous learning and growth.
  • Drive Results Through Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure success is essential. You should be comfortable with quantitative analysis and able to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Adapt Higher Level Business Outcomes into Team Size Goals: Partner with the other members of the executive team to break down company level goals into concrete, achievable feature team targets. Actively participate in combining our product strategy and business strategy, including how we prioritize layering on multiple system-of-record products for our customers.
  • Be a Collaboration Architect : You will be the architect of cross-functional partnerships, fostering seamless communication and alignment between product, engineering, design, sales and customer success. By working as one team we'll achieve greater agility, efficiency, and ultimately, exceptional product experiences.
  • Absorb the Real Estate Data Landscape: Develop extensive knowledge of the data ecosystem in real estate, including a deep understanding of MLSs, and real estate professionals' workflows and challenges. Leverage your expertise to spearhead product innovations that empower our users to succeed in a market that tangibly impacts every American.
Who You Are:

  • Hands-on Leader: You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty and tackling challenges head-on. You should also be able to effectively delegate tasks, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Organized and Decisive: You have a track record of helping teams execute by clarifying priorities, timelines, etc.
  • Agile and Adaptable: The ability to adapt to changing user needs and business priorities is crucial. You should be comfortable iterating quickly based on data and user feedback.
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of success in driving product adoption and growth while demonstrating a high ownership mentality.
  • 3+ years of experience in product leadership, including managing, hiring, and developing product managers and designers.
  • Expertise in Data-Driven B2B SaaS: A track record leading product development for data-intensive web SaaS platforms, including experience building and managing integrations with external systems.
  • A proven track record of implementing clear product development processes and frameworks to drive efficient iteration and delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills in being able to take command of engineering teams, and comfortable acting as the single voice of the stakeholder to the team.
  • Experience developing product metrics and laddering those up to higher level company goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business executives, and users).
Salary Range: To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
