Head of Design (Player-Coach)
We're building an AI-driven platform that turns messy, unstructured digital work into structured insight. It's a complex enterprise problem that demands both system-level product thinking and pixel-level craft.
We're looking for a Head of Design who is also a doer. Someone who can set the direction, build a small high-talent team, and still personally design and ship core product experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead design across the company, shaping direction and scaling systems.
- Design product experiences yourself, especially first versions and strategic bets.
- Hire and coach a small, mighty team (quality over headcount).
- Apply AI-native design patterns in collaboration with engineering and product.
- Use AI tools in your own workflow to move faster and push ideas further.
