Title: Head of Product and Data Systems Location: Hybrid within the Northeastern Region Description: The Head of Product and Data Systems will oversee in-office product lines and data and analytics systems to drive innovation and align technology pipelines with business needs. This role requires a technology leader who can manage critical projects, enhance workflows, and lead development teams while ensuring high-quality standards across all systems and products. Responsibilities: Programmatic Advertising: Lead the launch and implementation of programmatic advertising initiatives. Cloud-Based Database Management: Administer cloud databases and design systems to support advanced analytics platforms. QA Testing: Establish and maintain robust quality assurance testing protocols for all products. Content Workflows and Reporting: Enhance and optimize provider content workflows and reporting mechanisms. Team Leadership: Manage offshore development and support teams to ensure seamless project execution. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows. Required Skills: Proficiency in AWS administration. Experience with ad systems DevOps and tools like Snowflake, Airtable, MS SQL, and Apache Airflow. Familiarity with Android OS, MDM systems, DNS, and web hosting. Knowledge of Atlassian/JIRA Confluence for ticketing and Salesforce for CRM processes. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in growth-stage startups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
